I have the right to live and work in Hong Kong but I do not hold a permanent Hong Kong identity card. Will it affect my eligibility to apply?

You do not need to be a Hong Kong permanent identity card holder as long as you have the legal right to live and work in Hong Kong or the Chinese Mainland. Therefore, applicants who are eligible under the IANG scheme or the TTPS are also welcome to apply.
