What career progression opportunities exist after completing the Cadet Pilot Programme?

Upon successful completion of the Cadet Pilot Programme, you will be appointed as a Second Officer with the company. Your career progression thereafter will depend on your flying experience, performance, available vacancies, and seniority — enabling advancement to the roles of First Officer and eventually Captain.
