As a Graduate Trainee, you can gain exposure to various teams and projects through training and shadowing management. You'll then specialize in two selected areas, developing in-depth knowledge. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be promoted as an Assistant Manager within one of our teams. With exceptional performance and potential, you can become a Manager within eight years.

• IT Solution Centre: Gain insights into the software development lifecycle, from business analysis and solution design to application development and testing.
• Infrastructure and Security: Learn to manage enterprise infrastructure, including the design and operation of Data Centre Infrastructure, Risk and Security, Networking, Middleware, Database, and Unified Communications.
• Business Digitalization: Drive the enterprise's digital transformation projects, deploying innovative technology to enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Data Analytics: Analyze data to extract valuable insights that drive digital initiatives and business value.
  
• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders on strategic planning projects, facilitating growth and development within Digital & IT.

As a Graduate Trainee in your first two years, you will gain exposure through rotation, training and projects. In the third year, you will attach to a team and continue to develop in-depth knowledge as a Specialist. Upon the completion of the programme, you will be further promoted to an Analyst or an Assistant Manager with good performance and high potential.

To be one of the world's highest performing, customer centric and progressive engineering teams

• Inventory Management Stream develops inventory and supply chain professionals in aviation, managing spare parts supply, service providers, suppliers, and budgets. Experience includes rotations through Airline Procurement, Finance and DHL.
• Maintenance Planning Stream develops Planning Engineers to oversee aircraft maintenance schedules, monitor maintenance execution, optimize maintenance using data, and drive efficiencies. Experience includes rotations through Planned Maintenance and Records (PMR) and other Engineering sections.
• Operational Stream aims to develop Licensed Aircraft Engineers for fleet operations, troubleshooting defects, and ensuring fleet safety/compliance. Training includes the HKAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance License program, rotations in Engineering, and hands-on experience at HAECO (including shifts).
• Technical Stream focuses on developing Technical Services or Fleet Programmes Engineers, managing fleet reliability, aircraft introduction/return, and cabin products. It offers HKIE (Scheme 'A') accreditation, intensive HKAR-66 training, and structured rotations.

As a Graduate Trainee, you have the chance to rotate through different teams for the first 18 months. Following this, you will be deployed to HAECO for On the Job Training (OJT) and assigned to a specific team as an Associate Engineer to deepen your expertise. After another 18 months, you will graduate from the programme and be promoted to Engineer or Inventory Controller based on performance and potential.
