Role Introduction

Reports to: Regional Head of Corporate Sales, based in London

Indirectly reports to: Regional Head of Customer Travel & Lifestyle, based in London

Cathay Pacific is on the lookout for a commercially-driven Sales and Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the airline industry to join our European Corporate team. In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic client relationships—locally and globally—while driving new business wins and unlocking yield-driving opportunities through data and insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a regional team of Account Managers to deliver revenue and market share targets through collaboration, coaching, and smart strategy.
  • Owning a portfolio of corporate and TMC clients, managing commercial contracts and partnerships to exceed performance goals.
  • Providing actionable, data-driven insights that fuel strategic account planning and internal reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch and English
  • Proven ability to drive sales and build key relationships in the airline industry
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and team success
  • A mindset for growth—analytical, strategic, and always hunting for the next opportunity
