Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-project consulting for a portfolio pipeline of initiatives
• Capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements
• Support business process change
• Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for Finance
• Analyze and translate user needs into business and technical requirements, design, develop and ensure smooth implementation through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP Finance solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and user guides
• Manage vendors and QA their deliverables in detail and ensure any defects and non-compliance in standards addressed promptly
• Work independently to ensure successful, on-time delivery of project/enhancement by anticipating dependencies and impediments, prioritizing multiple stakeholders and tasks, making trade-offs between business needs and constraints and managing work time efficiently
• Recommends commercially and technically viable ideas to improve the business performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years of SAP Finance experience, including but not limited to SAP S4/Hana - FICO, SD, AR Banking and Project System, in designing, developing, and implementing solutions
• Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques
