• Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
• Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers
• Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Bachelor’s degree or above, or high school graduate accompanied by at least 1 year of flight attendant experience
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Proficiency in an additional language is an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe
• Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry would be advantageous

As the position you are applying for is safety-sensitive, the successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:

• Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records
• Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment
• Pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be done following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373

*Applicants should be exempted from or have completed military service

Exemption from our English Assessment is available for candidates with either:

• TOEIC® (Public Test): Valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening
• IELTS (Academic): Valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above

由於您申請的職位涉及安全敏感問題，因此成功的候選人需要滿足以下條件：

• 成功通過入職前背景調查，包括犯罪紀錄
• 身體健康狀況符合入職前相關醫學檢查的要求
• 通過入職前藥物測試。測試將依照香港民航處精神活性物質篩檢指引（附件 B、CAD373）進行

• TOEIC®多益(公開)考試：聽力和閱讀各達325分
• IELTS 雅思(學術組)考試：總分達6.0分或以上

Personal & Application Information

Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day in Taipei in September 2025. Candidates are expected to finish the assessments in one day. The estimated date of joining for successful candidates will be in the first quarter of 2026.

Where the successful candidates require a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, their employment will be conditional on immigration approval; please refer to the Hong Kong Immigration Department's website for details.
