Pilot Induction Intern
Role Introduction
Reports To: Assistant Manager Pilot Induction, FOP
As a Pilot induction intern, you’ll immerse yourself in Flight Operation Cadet Pilot events to gain experience and insight into the aviation business. The job scope includes support and delivers newly structured Cadet Pilot Program selection and pre-boarding process that enhance the overall onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participant and contribute to the events and activities of Cadet Pilot Program
- Support on the Cadet on boarding journeys from different perspectives to improve experience
- Assist license application process with HKCAD, support on the communication to Cadets regarding CAD requirements
- Help organize cadet volunteer program events
- Assist in preparing internal reports and audits related to training progress
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Coordinate in the event to advanced cadet SIM
- Help to track cadet training progress. Collect relevant data to do analysis to training records
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively in a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Available to work as a full-time intern from September 1 to November 30 or from December 1 to February 28
