Engagement & Events Intern
Role Introduction
Reports To: Assistant Manager Engagement & Events, FOP
To support and deliver impactful Flight Operation engagement projects and activities that contribute to the aviation sector. To participate in Flight Operation engagement events to gain experience and insight into the aviation business.
Key Responsibilities
- Participant in employee engagement events preparation for flight crew
- Help on the preparation tasks and operations to the events
- Contribute to various projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to enhance functions and processes
- Conduct research and analysis to support project goals
- Prepare reports, presentations, and promotional materials as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively in a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Available to work as a full-time intern from September 1 to November 30 or from December 1 to February 28
