Role Introduction

Reports to People Manager

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive Human Resources team that works across different geographies to ensure efficient, people-focused operations. We value collaboration, reliability, and a proactive mindset. This role will support our local operations while closely aligning with regional and global HR practices.

As a people coordinator you will coordinate, administer, and ensure compliance of people-related functions at the local level, supporting professional, consistent, and efficient Human Resources operations. The role also acts as a key contact point for employees, helping to foster a positive working environment and strong engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day Human Resources administrative tasks including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, time and attendance tracking, and employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Support payroll input and validation in collaboration with Finance and external providers.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding Human Resources  policies, benefits, and processes.

  • Assist in the implementation of Human Resources initiatives and local rollouts of global projects.

  • Collaborate with managers and the HR team to support employee engagement and well-being.

  • Maintain accurate Human Resource data and reporting through internal systems.

Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

A diploma in Human Resource administration is an advantage

Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience:

  • Legal right to work and live in Spain
  • Good command of written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Human Resource administration
  • Effective communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective in managing day to day processes and competing priorities
  • Collaborative and energetic
  • Strong internal customer service mindset
  • Experience in working with a global organisation
  • Effectively adapts to change
