Talent Acquisition Officer – Employer Branding (18-month Contract)
Role Introduction
Reports to: Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager – Employer Branding
This role sits within our Employer Branding (EB) team which is part of our Talent Acquisition (TA) function. The EB team plays a pivotal role who leads and drives our candidate marketing and branding activities to support our TA hiring teams across all employee groups and locations.
As part of the EB team, you will assist on ensuring a professional, warm, and seamless candidate experience from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment centre operations through front desk management, interview room coordination, interview & assessment logistics, and technical readiness. You will also provide administrative support for employer branding campaigns and events where you can gain exposure to contributing to smooth execution of initiatives for external talents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations at the recruitment centre, including welcoming and managing arrival check-in for candidates, and guiding them through the assessment process
- Provide administrative support for recruitment operations, including coordinating interview and assessment logistics , managing interview room bookings, arranging schedules and logistics, and supervising assessment tests
- Work closely with IT and Property & Services departments to ensure all hardware and software are all working properly in the recruitment centre
- Provide first and immediate support to users and seek further technical support if needed
- Manage and train up grounded cabin crews who have been assigned to work in the Recruitment Centre to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge in operating the centre and the delivery of the candidate experience
- Provide administrative coordination to support the execution of employer branding campaigns and events
- Participate in employer branding projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Work experience in HR, talent acquisition or customer services is advantageous
- A positive attitude and a strong customer-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Good command of speaking English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and written English
- Basic knowledge of connectivity software and equipment (e.g. teleconferencing equipment, Skype) and the ability to troubleshoot, when required
- Knowledge of photo-editing software is advantageous
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
