Role Introduction

Leverage your expertise to lead technical delivery in the Solution Centre, ensuring we deliver on our brand promise and drive organizational success together with our wide-reaching solution centre around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre-project consulting and capture business requirements for upcoming initiatives
  • Communicate business direction and recommend commercially and technically viable solutions
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to design and implement IT products and applications
  • Plan, develop, and maintain applications, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle
  • Act as an escalation point for solution analysts and drive improvements in IT practices
  • Stay updated on technology trends and apply best practices to solutions.
  • Manage small to medium-scale projects, including planning, execution, and testing (security, performance, integration)
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of development teams and external vendors; contribute to resource planning
  • Participate in Agile teams, manage Solution Analysts, and act as a SME when needed
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to Solution Analysts to enhance team capability

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of IT experience across software development, system analysis, business analysis, solution definition, and testing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven client-facing experience and relationship management (preferred)
  • Professional, innovative, self-motivated, and able to present solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills using logic and creativity
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
  • Airline or travel industry knowledge (highly beneficial)
  • Solid software development skills (highly beneficial)
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and deliver results under pressure
