Key Responsibilities

  • Drive, plan and direct Subsidiaries HRMS Transformation Project Implementation to ensure objectives and deliveries are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters
  • Cross-teams and cross–department collaboration with stakeholders to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business unit’s strategic plan and business objectives
  • Communicate and escalate risks and issues clearly and concisely and to support management with the preparation of action plans
  • Manage the dynamic project team of individuals. Provide thoughtful leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle
  • Collaborate with Cathay IT Practice to improve project management practices across all IT projects. Drive and implement necessary standard and best practices for project management and ensure compliance
  • Attention to detail, and ability to organise and prioritize workload for the team
  • Lead and apply Agile practice

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related area
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management role
  • Proven experience in leading project implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor management
  • Experience in managing Enterprise Transformation Projects or Enterprise Process Standardization Projects is a strong advantage
  • Relevant experience in HR Systems Development is an advantage, especially in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Detailed knowledge of the following disciplines: project and program delivery, budget management, portfolio management, application development management, infrastructure development management, vendor management, service transition and cutover planning
  • Project management related certification such as PMP
