Role Introduction

Reports To: Head of Lifestyle Partnership, Mileage

The Partnership Growth Manager sits under the Customer Relationship & Retail department mainly responsible for leading partnership value creation and growing the usage of Asia Miles across various industries. You will be responsible for championing the new partnership propositions and assisting the Lifestyle Partnership team in campaign and offer design to generate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Value Proposition Development

  • Explore and capture new sales opportunities from ideation to execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new partnership propositions and liaise with stakeholders to obtain support
  • Utilise data analytics and insights to enhance the partnership portfolio and unlock new revenue opportunities

Partnership and Vendor Management

  • Clearly articulate and communicate the unique benefits that a Cathay partnership has to offer
  • Identify and engage with third-party partners and vendors to test new value propositions
  • Represent Cathay to deliver professional and convincing sales pitches; negotiate, formulate commercial terms, and manage contracting process in compliance with Cathay standards and monitor partner performance and optimise revenue generation

Usage and Campaign Development

  • Develop compelling offers for marketing campaigns to drive customer adoption and increase Asia Miles earning by members
  • Implement strategies to commercialise Asia Miles and new value propositions; and monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven learnings to optimise results
  • Generate revenue and achieve sales targets through successful execution of campaigns

Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in loyalty rewards across various industries
  • Analyse competitor offerings to ensure Asia Miles remain competitive and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Acute commercial acumen and strong financial literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven record of closing deals
  • Experience in credit card usage, digital rewards, loyalty programs, partnerships or F&B industry
  • Independent self-starter with a strong can-do spirit
