Role Introduction

Reports To: Head of Digital Employee Experience Strategy, Innovation & Insights

The role is primarily accountable for supporting the Head of Digital Employee Experience Strategy, Innovation & Insights to formulate the strategy for our digital employee experience. This person will lead the design, execution and evolution of next-generation HR innovations that transform the employee experience across the entire lifecycle. This person is expected to bring in new ideas to drive initiatives that will support our strategic goal. The job-holder will work with stakeholders from across the People, Digital and IT teams to determine requirements, lead projects and Proof of Concept around innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support different teams to execute the Employee Experience Technology Roadmap: Own the vision and phased roadmap for the future of employee experience, focusing on digital enablement, hybrid work enablement and continuous innovation
  • Drive the vision, design and implementation of the Employee Experience Layer working with the relevant stakeholders including (Internal Comms team, Digital, IT etc) to ensure that the design considers the different employee personas and needs across the spectrum
  • System owner of the company intratnet/ employee experience layer related products and drive the prioritisation and roadmap for the development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the People Center of Excellent (COE) on new HR technologies and innovation, supporting the overall digital strategy and fostering an innovative culture
  • Keep close tabs on industry and HR technology trends, solutions and the pros and cons of various solutions and see how they may be applicable to support our business needs
  • Champion innovative transformation for People related experiences
  • Define requirements and design innovative digital solutions to support the hire-to-retire process, supporting the development of the digital employee experience strategy
  • Support the development of business cases to secure funding for new programmes of work
  • Work with the Change Management team to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes / new solutions
  • Manage the prioritization of digital developments and enhancements through working closely other Digital employee experience streams

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in relevant discipline, e.g. HR, Business, Technology etc
  • 10+ years of working experience and at least 5 years’ experience leading HR innovation, digital transformation, or employee experience programs, including HR technology experience (working with HR solution design and implementation)
  • Strong expertise in AI, automation and other HR technologies
  • Experience in implementing HR Solutions - work on the design, maintenance and / or launching of HR technology advantageous
  • Critical thinker and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and quickly comprehend complex situations / issues
  • Strong project management and planning skills Comfortable managing multiple projects at a time
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and influencing with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Highly detail oriented, logical and methodical in approach
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
