Performance Marketing Specialist
Role Introduction
Reports To: Performance Marketing Manager
The Performance Marketing Specialist (Travel Marketing) sits under the Brands, Insights and Marketing Communication Department, will be responsible for handling SEO, always-on channels such as SEM, Programmatic display advertising for travel marketing with supports from media agencies on daily basis for the travel Marketing team. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be required to has knowledge and understanding of media channels and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive organic growth by executing SEO strategies that enhance search engine
ranking and increase visibility across key markets - Execute global travel performance marketing campaigns, manage and optimize SEM and Display Programmatic to achieve KPIs for travel business pillar
- Continuous refinement on travel performance marketing efforts based on real-time data and evolving business priorities to improve digital engagement across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with different regional marketing teams, sales team and internal
stakeholders to drive improvements and enhance the customer engagement metrics - Apply data-driven segmentation strategies to deliver personalized experiences
across digital channels, supporting business objectives across digital touchpoints - Data analytics and website optimization to uncover insights, identifying opportunities and enhance the efficiency in channel optimization
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO or Paid Media. Experience in agency / travel industry is a plus.
- Understanding and experience in Marketing Cloud or similar omni-channel experience delivery product
- Knowledge in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, or Tealium a plus
- Strong communicator, collaborative. Experience working in matrix structure to
support cross team initiatives - Ability to inspire and promote collaboration among stakeholders in IT, digital product, marketing and business unit
Requirements
