Role Introduction

Reports To: Assistant Manager Performance Marketing

The Performance Marketing Specialist sits under the Lifestyle Marketing team, will be responsible for handling always-on channels such as SEM, Programmatic display advertising and SEO with supports from media agencies on daily basis. You will be also responsible to work closely with manager to plan strategy of overall performance marketing programme and synergies. The suitable candidate will be required to have strong knowledge and understanding of media channels and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Manager to develop and plan the strategy of the overall performance marketing programme and synergies between brand, display / programmatic, search, social, marketing cloud, digital content and other touchpoint
  • Plan and execute social, display / programmatic, SEM campaigns to drive considerations and increase conversions in lifestyle business
  • Manage and drive agency teams to optimise campaigns to achieve aggressive KPIs
  • Understand digital user journey, and demonstrate the ability of establishing tagging and tracking for marketing initiatives with internal teams and agency
  • Optimise customer journey across external and owned channels with the purpose of media efficiency and driving revenue
  • Strong ability in translating media data to business insights, building audience-led reports to for internal communications
  • Help address concerns from internal stakeholders across IT, Digital, Web Analytics and Compliance teams on data and website performance casted by marketing vendors

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Paid Media. Experience in industries like airline, e-commerce or finance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing tools / platforms, e.g. Adobe / Salesforce suite, Google Marketing platforms, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads, site testing / optimisation tools and etc
  • Strong communicator, collaborative. Experience working in matrix structure to support cross team initiatives
  • Ability to inspire and promote collaboration among stakeholders in IT, digital product, marketing and business unit
