Assistant Performance Marketing Manager
Role Introduction
Reports To: Performance Marketing Manager
This role will help on the management and execution of the performance marketing initiatives for Cathay lifestyle including Asia Miles by Cathay, co-branded card and Cathay shop. He / She will help translate business needs into new opportunities for continuous optimization of programmatic marketing, SEM and SEO programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Manager to develop and plan the strategy of the overall performance marketing programme and synergies between brand, display or programmatic, search, social, marketing cloud, digital content and other touchpoints
- Plan and execute social, display or programmatic, SEM campaigns to drive considerations and increase conversions in lifestyle business
- Manage and drive agency teams to optimize campaigns to achieve aggressive KPIs
- Assist the Manager with the budget, resources and priority setting of global performance marketing initiatives accordingly to marketing goals and business direction on yearly and quarterly basis
- Understand segmentation and demonstrate the ability to leverage customer segments in digital marketing campaigns
- Optimise customer journey across external and owned channels with the purpose of media efficiency and driving revenue
- Strong ability in translating media data to business insights, building audience-led reports to for internal communications
- Help address concerns from internal stakeholders across IT, Digital, Web Analytics and Compliance teams on data and website performance casted by marketing vendors
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing or programmatic media for brands with global presence
- Excellent professional knowledge of performance marketing tools / platforms, for example, Adobe / Salesforce suite, Google Marketing platforms, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads, site testing / optimization tools
- Strong customer centric mindset in crafting omni-channel customer journey to effectively engage with customers
- Creative campaign deployment: examples of working collaboratively with designers and strategists to turn ideas into live performance marketing campaigns
- Excellent project and time-management skills; ability to work in an Agile environment and meet sprint deadlines
- Strong collaborative mind-set; must be able to proactively address needs and work with colleagues at various levels of experience and location
