Customer Services Officer / Baggage Services Officer

As the first point of contact at the airport, our Customer Services Officers and our Baggage Services Officers are the ambassadors of our brand, and will enjoy:

Customer Services Officers 

Our Customer Services Officers begin their career working in the frontline (Airside / Landside), and will get opportunities to work across the four different teams:

  • Premium Service Team
  • Flight Control Team
  • Rostering Team

Baggage Services Officers

The Baggage Services Officers take on a dual role with our customers:

  • Ensure any problems with baggage are dealt with quickly and with minimum disruption possible
  • Act as ambassadors greeting arrival passengers.
