Role Introduction

The jobholder is responsible for contributing to the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies for employees in our Inflight Service Delivery team, and for supporting (and leading as required) assessment and selection activity for these employee groups. 

The jobholder is also responsible for contributing to the execution of a signature Cathay Pacific candidate experience through all key touch-points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes of Service Delivery roles from discussing requirements with hiring managers, selection processes, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selecting, offer and onboarding
  • Design and implement assessment tools and systems for recruitment of Service Delivery roles
  • Develop relationships with educational institutions in promoting the Service Delivery roles’ 
  • Initiate recruiting marketing and undertake employer branding initiatives
  • Review recruitment processes and propose alignment with Corporate strategy
  • Support Talent Acquisition Lead as requested

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
  • Prior experience as a recruiter is essential
  • Previous exposure to high volume recruitment advantageous
  • Experience running competency-based and technical interviews and using other assessment and selection tools
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking / eRecruit platform advantageous
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
