Talent Acquisition Manager – Inflight Service Delivery

Role Introduction

The jobholder is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies for our in-flight service delivery employees  and for overseeing the effective running of day-to-day recruitment activity for these groups.

The jobholder is also responsible for ensuring the execution of a signature Cathay candidate experience through all key touchpoints, role modelling behaviors amongst their team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute talent acquisition strategy for In-flight Service Delivery roles
• Proactively engage with the key service delivery departments and PPL BPs to understand critical talent needs and enable relevant talent pipeline to be built continuously
• Drive a commercially focused operation, hitting time-to-fill and candidate quality targets
• Drive continuous improvement through all processes 
• Oversee the consistent execution of a signature candidate experience
• Lead and coach a team of talent acquisition professionals to drive the end-to-end recruitment process
• Deploy the right tools, technology and channels, balancing commercial drivers, candidate experience and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes
• Work closely with Employer Branding team a to ensure the development of Service Delivery ‘talent community’ and effective talent attraction plans and activities
• Be the subject matter on recruitment of all Service Delivery roles
• Maintain up to date recruitment statistics and provide regular updates to senior management 
• Manage recruitment cost budgets

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related studies is advantageous
• Previous HR experience, including team leadership within Talent Acquisition
• Experience managing high volume, customer facing recruitment advantageous
• Experience using assessment and selection tools and leading competency based interviews
• Experience managing recruitment activity against costs and commercial targets
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills at all stakeholder levels
