Talent Acquisition Centre Officer

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager – Customer, Commercial, PPL & FIN

Department: People (PPL)

The jobholder is accountable for manning the Recruitment Centre and ensuring the flawless execution of all recruitment activities held at the centre.  The jobholder is also accountable for acting as a brand ambassador in delivering a signature candidate experience through the first point of contact for all candidates upon check in on their arrival. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk and handle candidates’ check-in at the recruitment centre
  • Manage the interview rooms’ calendar and booking 
  • Undertake various recruitment administration activities to ensure all interviews and assessment centers are well arranged and coordinated and supervise / administer assessment tests
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition teams including arranging interview schedules and other logistics arrangements
  • Ensure all hardware and software are all working properly; provide first and immediate support to users and to seek further technical support if needed
  • Manage and train up grounded cabin crew who have been assigned to work in the Recruitment Centre to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge in operating the centre and the delivery of the candidate experience
  • Answer recruitment related phone enquiries
  • Participate in talent acquisition activities and projects as required 


  • HKDSE: Minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 New Senior Secondary School subjects including English Language ("attained" for Applied Learning Subjects or Grade E for other language subjects) or
  • HKCEE: Minimum of Grade E in 5 HKCEE subjects (including Level 2 or above in English Language), or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience
  • Well-organized and detail minded
  • A positive attitude and a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • A good team player with good communication skills and polished interpersonal skills
  • Willing to wear uniform and comply with company's grooming standards
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good command of written English
  • Basic knowledge of connectivity software and equipment (e.g. teleconferencing equipment, Skype) and the ability to troubleshoot, when required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
