Role Introduction

Department: Digital
Reports to: Assistant Manager, Digital & Channel Marketing

We are looking for an individual with a passion for data-driven marketing, utilising Marketing Cloud platforms to drive ongoing improvements in personalisation and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and design campaign workflows with touchpoints that can be orchestrated across digital channels such as e-mail, website, mobile app, push notification, and social media
  • Work closely with web, mobile, omni channel and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless digital experience through paid, owned, earned personalization efforts
  • Apply business and technical understanding to lead discussion and execution of marketing and engagement campaigns on Marketing Cloud platforms
  • Drive ongoing enhancement on Marketing Cloud data models and technical build to answer business needs to improve digital experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Lead targeted marketing effort through segmentation, event triggers, list generation, and automation streams
  • Work closely with IT team based on a scrum agile delivery model on Marketing Cloud customer segmentation, email template development, data model enhancement, bug fixes, and UAT
  • Collaborate with data science team to ensure models are developed and applied according to business and marketing needs, ensure seamless flow and usage into marketing automation platforms
Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, preferably in CRM, e-Commerce, customer lifecycle management or digital marketing. Experience in industries like airline, retail, hospitality a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing technology tools on campaign management across digital touch points such as Marketing Cloud, and/or CDP, DMP, Personalization tools
  • Understanding of HTML and SQL is an advantage
  • Experience in Alteryx and Qilksense is preferred
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, collaborative, able to inspire and promote collaboration among stakeholders in IT and business units
  • Proactive, fast learning, independent, passion for digital excellence
  • Logical & analytical mindset to implement workflow, rules, and generate insight Application
