Safety Training Officer

Reports To: Assistant Manager, Safety Training Manager

Assist to conduct cabin crew safety and emergency procedures training.

• Assist to conduct cabin crew safety training  
• Monitor cabin crew performance, provide feedback and coaching  
• Classroom and mock-up preparation and housekeeping for training
• Perform administrative duties (e.g. training reports, records) 
• Assist in promoting cabin safety to the cabin crew community 
• Participate in training-related projects as and when required 
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned 
• Carry out specific duties as required by AMST and STTM. 
• Preserve the confidentiality of privileged, sensitive or otherwise confidential company and individual employee information. 

Knowledge

• Tertiary education.

Skills

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Sound PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills 

Experience

• Minimum 2 years working experience
