Department: Airport Service Delivery (ASD)
Reports to: Assistant Manager Leave and Attendance

The job holder will support and administer company policies related to Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) colleagues absence management and leave administration. He/she will support the well-being of HKIA colleagues with respect to Leave Absence needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrate HKIA colleagues attendance monitor process with the goal of appropriate and timely support to facilitate suitable schedule to return to work
  • Identify possible absence abuse cases and suggest recommendation for investigation of suspected cases and follow through in accordance with established policies
  • Meet and understand HKIA colleagues to understand leave, absence issues and ensure cases are reviewed
  • Administrator and support work injury management policy and procedural guidance for HKIA colleagues
  • Liaise and coordinate with Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) on all aspects relating to HKIA colleagues work injury

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong fact finding, analytical and conuseling skills
  • Knowledge of relevant ordinances to ensure legal and contractual compliance
  • Exceptional maturity, professionalism and impartiality in handling confidential staff information and circumstance
