About the Programme

We offer you a unique opportunity to receive mentorship from leading experts, and to rotate through a world-class engineering operation that will expose you to advanced aviation technologies and one of the industries youngest and most sophisticated air fleets. 

The aviation industry is never boring. Our Engineers go through entire careers without knowing everything about an airplane and our Aviation Engineers are reserved for the most talented and committed individuals. As a Graduate Engineer, you will get a head start at working on some of the finest aviation technologies in the world. You will get a chance to work on Cathay Pacific expanding fleet as well as the fleet of our group airlines Cathay Pacific, Cathay Dragon and Air Hong Kong. Our 3-year Graduate Engineer Programme will allow you to be exposed in all these different areas, paving your career in specialized expertise in the future.

Job Requirements:

  • HKIE ACE recognised or Washington Accord accredit degree
  • Right of abode in Hong Kong
  • High standard of written and spoken English (Cantonese and Putonghua is considered an advantage)
  • Passionate about aviation
  • Adaptable to cope with a dynamic, diversified and multi-cultural working environment
  • Creative and strategic thinker, a creative leader who takes initiative and possesses excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

If shortlisted, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in interviews in February or March in either Hong Kong or London
