Global Contact Centre Project Specialist (12 months Contract)

Department: Global Contact Centre
Reports to: Programme Manager - Global Contact Centre

This role is an integral member of the Global Contact Centre (GCC) project team responsible for delivering contact centre related projects of varying size and complexity. He/she will be responsible for organising and managing different project activities from project initiation to project closure, under the direction of the Programme Manager (PM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the PM in drafting and issuance of project proposals, business cases, financial plans, and Request For Information (RFI’s) / Request For Proposal (RFP’s)
  • Participate proposal evaluation and risk assessment, and assist in preparation of Scope of Work (SoW)
  • Support the PM in preparing / managing project plan, communication plan, change plan, travel plans, budget and forecast
  • Update project schedule, work hours of team members, expenditures, risk/issue register and etc. by using the project scheduling and control tools
  • Prepare regular project updates, presentation decks and reports as required
  • Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
  • Coordinate and perform testing / validation of deliverables to ensure they meet user requirements

Requirements

  • Tertiary education with 3 - 5 years of related experience
  • Good understanding and experience in project management methodologies, Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC), project scheduling and control tools  
  • Strong planning, time management and problem solving skill
  • Solid experience in relating to customer contact centres and/or IVR call flow design and configuration is an advantages
  • Proficient in MS Office suites (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages
