Global Contact Centre Coordinator - Project (12 months contract)

Department: Global Contact Centre
Reports to: Global Contact Centre Planning & Development Manager

This role will assist with standardising local market practices on Reservations & Ticketing (R&T) and the Work procedure for Global Contact Centre (GCC) as well as responsible for drawing up all the process flow charts for GCC Hubs. He/She will support and engage in varies GCC projects as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Start the standardisation process to align local country specific practices and R&T work procedures
  • Coordinate with GCC Hubs and countries to review GCC work flows
  • Make recommendation to change and standardise work process and draw up all GCC process flow charts
  • Communicate and finalise the revamp work flow with GCC Hubs and countries
  • Draw up the process flow chart and update SOP
  • Assist the Planning and Development Manager to support GCC Projects as and when required
  • Assist in RFP/Vendor evaluation as part of the Project process

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge of Reservations & Ticketing, Amadeus ARD, Fares and GCC operating procedures
  • Strong planning and organising skills and attentive to details
  • Good influencing, effective communication and presentation skill
  • Strong time management skill, ability to work independently under pressure in meeting tight time lines
  • Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
