Job description

            HR related:

  • A Department representative to work and coordinate closely with People department in HR related functions for engineering team: staff benefits, regulations and policies
  • Check and monitor monthly attendance sheet, overtime claims and shift allowances of engineering staff before submitting to People department for payroll process
  • Create official letters and documents of the department both English and Thai
  • Monitor staff’s leave records (annual, sick, compassionate, business and etc.)
  • Responsible for mechanic trainees. Arrange an induction for them.

    Financial related:

  • Work with Financial Services department on invoices, claims and department reimburses and invoices settlements
  • Control and take care of department’s petty cash, expenses, reimburses and invoices settlement
  • Make and prepare monthly aircraft handling service invoices, ground handling service invoices, and other handling recharges of 3rd party airlines and submit to Financial department, headquarter for billing process
  • Create PO and settle invoices of department’s purchases and expenses

    Administration related:

  • Control and procure stock inventory of office stationery, cartridges, supplies, medicines and equipment
  • Arrange and coordinate staff uniforms as well as other safety protective gears
  • Store inventory coordinator
  • Monitor and look after of office keeper (office cleaner) form outsourcing company
  • Provide secretarial supports to engineering manager
  • Other tasks as assigned by engineering manager and engineers

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (graduated in Business Administration will be an advantage)
  • At least 3-4-year experiences in administration, customer service, preferably in airlines or airport services
  • Female is preferable
  • Good command of verbal and written English communication (minimum TOEIC = 600)
  • Good interpersonal skills and have customer service-minded attitude
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while enjoy working as part of a team with good decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, transparent and optimistic

Required experiences

  • Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as well as required local and international regulatory procedures
  • PC literacy (especially Excel and Word) with good typing skills (English and Thai)
  • Familiar with working in a big team
  • Having a knowledge in SAP (Finance) will be an advantage
