Reports to: Employee Data Governance Manager
Department: People (PPL)
The jobholder is accountable for supporting the effective setup and execution Employee Data Governance Model for CX & KA, and ensure compliance with proper business processes and ongoing monitoring measures.
This role requires HR + Data Privacy knowledge and project management skills to deliver the different milestones of the programme and its on-going maintenance; while managing the different stakeholders and conduct necessary change management.
