Employee Data Governance Specialist (12-month Contract)

Reports to: Employee Data Governance Manager

Department: People (PPL)

The jobholder is accountable for supporting the effective setup and execution Employee Data Governance Model for CX & KA, and ensure compliance with proper business processes and ongoing monitoring measures.   

This role requires HR + Data Privacy knowledge and project management skills to deliver the different milestones of the programme and its on-going maintenance; while managing the different stakeholders and conduct necessary change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Project Support throughout the Governance Model Setup phase, including Employee Data Registry, Data Governance Framework, Policies & Processes within the project timeframe
  • Support the team and stakeholders on the guidance materials, toolkit (including assessment), handling handbooks
  • Support Change Management from Data Governance Model Setup to actual BAU
  • Support the Hire to Retire End to End System Data Review


  • Tertiary education in Human Resources, IT or related Business fields
  • 4+ years’ relevant experience in HR & project management
  • Good knowledge & experience on HRIS and Employee Data Privacy
  • Experience in Airline industry would be advantageous
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of HR technology
  • Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
