Digital Executive - Journey Orchestration

Report to: Assistant Manager - Journey Orchestration

This role will execute journey orchestration on customer experience delivery, campaign management making use of customer preference understanding via both physical and digital touchpoints with the use of Marketing Cloud and web personalisation tool. He/she will support and implement experiment on Marketing Cloud to drive improvement in ROI and campaign execution, continuous journey refinement based on campaign results and support Marketing Cloud enhancement and perform UAT as required.

Key responsibilities

  • Support migration of existing campaigns onto Marketing Cloud platform
  • Support Digital Sales and Engagement team in campaign rollout
  • Manage and setup journeys, including web personalisation using Marketing Cloud while observing the communication strategy set forth
  • Work closely with Marketing Team on DMP and Customer Experience & Design - Digital Team on outbound communications to drive omni channel experience
  • Analyse campaign results and drive for continuous improvements  
  • Work Closely with Product Vertical team on enhancement and perform UAT on Marketing Cloud and web personalisation tool as required

Requirements

  • University Degree of above in Business, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, preferably in CRM, e-Commerce and customer lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of omni channel experience delivery product such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or web personalization tools preferred
  • Analytical mindset with hand-on experience with Google Analytics preferred
