Report to: Assistant Manager - Journey Orchestration
This role will execute journey orchestration on customer experience delivery, campaign management making use of customer preference understanding via both physical and digital touchpoints with the use of Marketing Cloud and web personalisation tool. He/she will support and implement experiment on Marketing Cloud to drive improvement in ROI and campaign execution, continuous journey refinement based on campaign results and support Marketing Cloud enhancement and perform UAT as required.
