Our ANZ regional head office in Sydney has a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused and analytical Sales Operations Coordinator (Corporate) to join a dynamic team of professionals. This permanent full-time role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Sales – South West Pacific.

The Sales Operations Coordinator’s main focus is to intelligently use data when partnering with the Corporate Account Managers to provide proactive sales and support.

The successful candidate must have the flexibility to proactively anticipate changing priorities, effectively analyse available information and have a hands-on approach to supporting the wider Corporate Sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Corporate Sales team with account management and reporting;
  • Support smaller accounts and/or partners;
  • Compile and produce reports, revenue statements and analysis on routes, accounts and trade partner portfolios;
  • Conduct pricing intelligence and support as required;
  • Undertake Indoor Account servicing as required.

Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • Must have a valid and current Australian Drivers License;
  • Proven experience in data analysis;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of PRISM, MIDT and Sales Force Automation is an advantage;
  • Excellent MS Office application skills;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a solutions based attitude;
  • Actively seeks continuous improvement and embraces data driven insights;
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change.
