  1. All China based positions are subject to local terms and conditions.
  2. Applicants must have the right to live and work in Mainland China. We are unable to assist applicants with visa or work permit applications.
  3. Once employment is confirmed, the employment contract and personnel file will be arranged through local FESCO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and monitor freighter weight and balance, aircraft loading to make sure on time performance
  • Liaise with Cargo Terminal operator and forwarder, Customs and other relevant stakeholders when need.

  • Handle airway bill data to ensure data inputs are correct in the cargo system.

  • Communicate with up line and down line stations on all cargo related issues.

  • Perform special cargo (e.g. Dangerous Goods, Live Animal, Super Heavy cargo) checking and acceptance and have a full compliance with company’s requirement.
  • Any other reasonable tasks as requested.


Academic qualifications

  • Tertiary education or equivalent

  • Study in a Cargo or related field is a distinct advantage


Knowledge, skills, training and experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in cargo industry is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills

  • Natural customer service orientation

  • Attentive to detail

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Adapts to change easily


Location & Working hours

  • Location:    PACTL West cargo terminal, Pudong international airport

  • Working Hour: On shift according to roster arrangement and nightshift is a must
