Reports to: Assistant Manager B2B Portals
Department: Sales and Distribution
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the best practice among ports on CXagents.com usage through communication with ports or agents, and maintain rich and updated content to drive agency sales. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing new booking capabilities and features in order to drive more sales through the platform, to achieve 1) reduced reliance on GDS and 2) promote self-service to agents.
Tertiary educated with minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences
Minimum 3 years of working experience and in-depth expertise in PSS (Amadeus Altea Reservation & Ticketing) domain.
Proven troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
Airline or travel industry knowledge is highly beneficial
Solid software development skill is highly beneficial
Experiences in distribution channels in travel or aviation industry preferred
Good analytical skills
Good communications skills
