Role Introduction

Reports to: Marketing Solution Manager

This role will help on the management and execution of the performance marketing programmes for Cathay’s shopping platform with the objective of driving traffic and conversion for the new shopping site. He/she will help translate business needs into new opportunities for continuous optimization of programmatic marketing, SEM and SEO programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Manager to develop and plan the strategy of the overall performance marketing programme and synergies between brand, display/programmatic, search, social, marketing cloud, digital content and other touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute display/programmatic, SEM campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion for Cathay newly launched shopping platform.
  • Manage and drive agency teams to optimize campaigns to achieve aggressive KPIs.
  • Assist the Manager with the budget, resources and priority setting of global performance marketing initiatives accordingly to marketing goals and business direction on yearly and quarterly basis.
  • Optimise customer journey across external and owned channels through the partnership with customer experience and digital teams.
  • Help address concerns from internal stakeholders across IT, Digital, Web Analytics and Compliance teams on data and website performance casted by marketing vendors.
Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or programmatic media for brands with global presence.
  • Excellent professional knowledge of performance marketing tools/platforms, e.g. Adobe/Salesforce suite, Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DV360, Facebook Ads, site testing/optimization tools and etc
  • Strong customer centric mindset in crafting omni-channel customer journey to effectively engage with customers
  • Creative campaign deployment: examples of working collaboratively with designers and strategists to turn ideas into live performance marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project and time-management skills; ability to work in an Agile environment and meet sprint deadlines
  • Strong collaborative mind-set; must be able to proactively address needs and work with colleagues at various levels of experience and location
  • Creative, strategic thinker, analytical
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Performance Marketing Specialist
