Role Introduction

Reports To: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager

The jobholder is responsible for designing and driving the end-to-end recruitment process for Cathay's graduate and internship programs as well as the execution of a signature Cathay Pacific candidate experience through all key touch-points. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador for our airline, promoting our employee value proposition and inspiring candidates to apply for positions and accept opportunities 
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for early careers across different departments in Cathay from IT to Engineering departments
  • Work closely with Talent Management team on designing the program hiring framework and process 
  • Execute a professional, brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment cycle touch-points 
  • Coordinate recruitment activity for all applicable overseas hires  
  • Lead the offer and onboarding process 
  • Work closely with the Employer Branding team to leverage various channels and enhance application and talent attraction for early careers programs  
  • Assist in development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes related to sourcing, recruiting, promotion, transfer and on-boarding  
  • Participate in HR / talent acquisition projects as required 
Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline  
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in HR, with at least 2 years in early careers recruitment
  • Experience in using any application tracking system is advantageous  
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
