Role Introduction

Reports To: Social Marketing Manager

As Assistant Manager – Social Influencer Marketing, you will play an integral role in creating, building, and maintaining influencer brand relations. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams in Cathay to manage influencer strategies that contribute to the overall marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers in both Hong Kong, and ROW markets
  • Collaborate with influencers to create and execute campaigns that align with brand objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including budgeting, negotiations, contract management, and campaign tracking
  •  Analyse campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Manage tracking affiliate marketing creating a community of influencers and being able to prove ROI and performance of each influencer.
  • Negotiate contracts and organization of micro and macro influencer programs that are focused on all aspects of marketing funnel.



  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, PR and/or influencer relations
  • Experience analysing data to deliver on KPIs
  • Successful track record of elevating brands and influencers
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing micro influencer programs and community
  • Experience in Travel, and Lifestyle industry is a plus but not required
