Role Introduction

Reports To: Distribution Manager - Payment, Partnership and Revenue Integrity

Responsible for managing revenue integrity by making use of report and system automation to minimize revenue leakage through various channels. Coordinate, support and drive different stakeholders to establish revenue Integrity strategies as well as minimize distribution cost.

He/she will also act as distribution risk expert to minimize losses resulting from travel agency defaults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish revenue integrity strategies and determine priorities of various enhancement of RI tools and Calidris related initiatives.
  • Own the revenue integrity enhancement roadmap by working closely with IT and system vendor to achieve continuous improvement
  • Drive automation and reduce manual process to monitor agency abuse and reduce distribution cost
  • Work with IT, Vendor, outports and other stakeholders to drive improvement and changes
  • Act as distribution expert to minimize credit risk in agency channel.
  • Participating in some adhoc projects in Distribution Strategy areas if required 

  • Experience in GDS/Ticketing/Revenue integrity management is preferred
  • Good analytical, coordination and communication skills
  • Able to lead the team and drive process change
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines
