Role Introduction

Reports to: Performance & Rewards Manager

The job holder is accountable for assisting the Performance & Rewards Manager in driving total rewards programmes across multiple regions. It is a great opportunity for the candidate who are looking for global and professional development. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory and full support in assigned C&B areas such as compensation design, global mobility, employee benefits and policy & compliance
  • Assist in development, review and implementation of rewards programme such as job evaluation, salary benchmarking and compensation & benefits market survey
  • Assist in annual compensation and benefits exercises such as salary review, year-end bonus and global benefits review
  • Manage external vendors such as insurance brokers, project consultants and C&B related service providers to ensure the practices are competitive and comply with statutory requirements
  • Assist in review and revamp C&B related policy and practices
  • Participate in rewards-related and any other HR projects as assigned

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Organisational Psychology or business-related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience, candidate with MNC or HR consultancy experience will be advantageous
  • Well-versed with common HR practices and statutory requirements such as Employment Ordinance, Pensions / MPF Legislations and other relevant regulations for Hong Kong, knowledge in other regions will be advantageous
  • Proficient in MS excel, candidate with experience in using PeopleSoft and data analytics tools will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
