Report to: Digital Employee Experience Manager

The jobholder is primarily accountable for supporting the Digital Employee Experience Manager on maintaining and driving the People systems in the hire-to-retire process. The jobholder will work with stakeholders from across the business to determine requirements associated with various People applications, lead on defined projects and align the system application and corresponding HR process; provide on-going and administrate support of the People systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance and administrate support of various people systems as subject matter expert
  • Define business requirements regarding to the employee experiences to support the hire-to-retire process
  • Support the development and implementation of People projects and programmes
  • Oversee and manage the interlink between different people systems
  • Support the development of business cases to secure funding for new programmes of work
  • Act as lead contact point for liaising with vendors, system integrators and BUs representatives as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in relevant discipline, e.g. HR, Business, Technology etc.
  • At least 4-8 years of HR technology experiences
  • Experience in implementing HR Solutions - work on the design, maintenance and / or launching of HR technology advantageous
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and influencing with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Highly detail oriented, logical and methodical in approach
  • Strong achievement orientation
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication and organising skills
