Assistant Digital Manager - Performance Analytics

Report to: Digital Manager Omni Channel Orchestration

This role will be responsible to develop and align measurement framework and recommend usage based on business needs. He/she will need to produce performance report on Google Analytics (online behavior, performance, targeting success, click-thru, marketing ROI) by customer, segment, market, product, channel and ensure customer data is enriched and available for cross channel usage. He/she will also need to analyse and recommend refinement in Marketing Cloud experiment framework with the support of data analytics 

Key responsibilities

  • Drive digital analysis leveraging on both quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights for customer experience delivery and campaign execution
  • Define and prepare attribution report and recommend usage based on business needs
  • Design reports and metrics on monitoring and tracking campaign and customer experience performance
  • Accountable for the digital analytical tools/eco-system development
  • Develop and deliver training curriculum and user support as required for sales offices and head quarter business units for digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Work closely with Digital (DGT) Analytics and Data Scientist to drive experimental framework refinement on Marketing Cloud
  • Collaborate with DGT analytics team to ensure data feedback loop to drive design of single view of customer to support customer engagement and management as well as personalisation on retail, service and operation

Requirements

  • University degree in an analytical discipline, such as Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital, preferably in analytics and tracking area
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
  • Savvy with respect to technical concepts and workflows that underpin digital analytics, such as site load performance tools, first- vs third-party cookies and data integration
  • Knowledge of omni channel delivery product such as Marketing Cloud, web personalisation
  • Strong quantitative skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities
