Role Introduction

Reports To: Chief Pilot (Boeing)

The Administrator position is a pivotal role within the Flying section of FOP. This person will also support the Airbus Fleet Office and the Flying Training Management Team.  Because of the number of managers the administrator supports, the role is very diverse and challenging. They will need to be self-motivated and task orientated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration tasks for the Airbus and Boeing Fleet and Training Offices. 
  • Coordinate and manage recurring FOP functions/meetings 
  • Book meeting rooms for regular and adhoc meetings.  
  • Produce and publish minutes from the various FOP Flying meetings 
  • Arrange interviews between Fleet and Training Offices for pilots following significant career events. 
  • Support General Manager Flying Secretary and other support positions when and as required.  
  • Publish and coordinate monthly review of FON/FCN and upload to viewing tool. 
  • Coordinate and manage office stationary requests. 
Requirements

Knowledge

  • Tertiary education

Skills

  • Strong numeric and analytical skills
  • Strong excel computer skills
  • Customer-focused and strong communication skills including Cantonese and English
  • High level of attention to detail
