Role Introduction

Reports to:Accounting Services Manager

Candidate will serve as a key member of the accounting services team responsible for the day to day tasks and assisting Flight Operations in ad hoc queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day financial related matters for line departments  
  • Prepare monthly reports and analyse monthly operating results for management review
  • Prepare relevant schedules of the Group for interim/annual closing in accordance with Hong Kong Accounting Standards and other statutory requirements  
  • Provide financial support to the line department and assist the line department in forecasting and budget preparation  
  • Provide support to the line department in relation to cost monitoring and internal cost control  
  • Ad hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements

Accounting Supervisor 1

  • HKCEE standard with a pass in English (Syll B) or grade 2 in English
  • Higher diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
  • Well organized with strong analytical mind
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
  • Experience in using SAP advantageous
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Able to work under pressure and being flexible when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Willing to challenge the status quo and improve work processes
