Accounting Supervisor - Cargo

Department: Financial Services

Reports to: Accounting Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor system-wide mail debtors, follow up overdue debts and any mail related matters with relevant post offices
  • Adjust mail debtor records in SAP in accordance to acceptance letter from post offices
  • Follow up charter flight invoices and settlements
  • Monitor non-CASS settlement and issue billing for late charge
  • Handle Cargo invoices' settlements in SAP and follow up all overdue invoices with agents/airlines
  • Maintain bank guarantee records in SAP
  • Arrange GSA commission and global incentive payments
  • Prepare sale figures for export & import sales agents
  • Handle internal and external audit
  • Handle enquiries from both headquarter and outport Cargo Department about revenue data
  • Raise concern/problems encountered in daily operations to headquarter Cargo Department
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Higher diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 6 years in supervisory position, experience in rcargo/mail revenue accounting (billing dispute and interlinebilling) will be preferred
  • Customer-oriented with polished interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well organized with strong analytical mind
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong computer skills in MS office (e.g. Excel, MS Word)
  • Experience in using SAP will be advantageous
  • Immediately available is preferable
