Accounting Supervisor

Reports to: Accounting Services Manager

Department: Financial Services

The Accounting Services Section of our Financial Services Department aims to provide professional advice and accurate information to various business units in assisting them to handle all the accounting related issues. We are looking for high calibre accounting expertise to join the team as Accounting Supervisor to provide general accounting support in the preparation of various monthly reports and forecast & budget exercise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly close and day-to-day financial related matters for line department
  • Prepare monthly reports and analyse monthly operating results for management review
  • Provide financial support to line department and assist line department in the forecasting and budget preparation
  • Provide support to line department in relation to cost monitoring and internal cost control
  • Handle enquires from business units
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required


  • HKCEE standard with a pass in English (Syll B) or grade 2 in English
  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • 1 to 2 year’s accounting experience
  • Computer literate with hands-on experience in MS Words and Excel
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system is advantageous
  • Customer-oriented with polished interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Open-minded and able to accept feedback and/or criticism
