Job Title: Account Executive - Corporate
Location: Manila, Philippines 
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager – Trade and Corporate (Manila)

We are inviting applications for the position of Account Executive - Corporate. The successful candidate will be responsible to achieve revenue targets by identifying/developing new market potentials, handling and servicing of travel agents and corporate accounts.

To play an active role in making Cathay Pacific (CX) the best airline by constantly striving for excellence, delivering good results, demonstrating can-do spirit and extra mile-service to the market.   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve assigned revenue target; contribute to achievement of team revenue goals
  • Enable trade partners to sell CX as the preferred airline
  • Respond to inquiries and assist external customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Serve as ambassador of CX and KA to agency and corporate accounts
  • Obtain timely normal market intelligence from the trade
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects of the commercial team

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Mature, responsible, flexible, analytical, a strategic thinker and good team player
  • Computer literate 
  • With excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • With excellent oral/written communications and  presentation skills
  • With strong interpersonal and social skills; excellent customer service skills
  • Level headed, even-tempered and objective
  • Neat and presentable at all times
  • With good time management & planning skills
  • Energetic, persuasive, enthusiastic, creative, assertive and innovative
  • Self-starter and fast learner; maintains a proactive approach in learning
  • Thorough understanding of CX services and Reservations & Ticketing operations is preferred
  • Must have the right to live and work in the Philippines
